Edward M. Gotlieb, M.D., FAAP, FSAHM
Dr. Ed received a B.A. in Chemistry from Duke University and his M.D. from Vanderbilt University. He completed his pediatric internship and residency at the Medical College of Virginia, followed by an Adolescent Medicine Fellowship at the University of Colorado.
Dr. Ed is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine.
He has been in private practice at The Pediatric Center of Stone Mountain since 1976. Dr. Ed’s faculty appointments include Emory University, Georgia State University and Morehouse School of Medicine.
Dr. Ed is on the board of directors of the Kids Health First Pediatric Alliance and is chairman of its research committee.
He is past chair of the national American Academy of Pediatrics’ Task Force on Clinical Information Technology and the AAP Policy Committee of the Council on Clinical Information Technology. Dr. Ed is the current chair of the Task Force on Clinical Information Technology for the Georgia Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Jaquelin S. Gotlieb, M.D., FAAP
Dr. Jackie received a B.S. in Zoology from Duke University and her M.D. from the Medical College of Virginia. She completed her pediatric internship at the Medical College of Virginia Hospital in Richmond. Her residency was at both the Medical College of Virginia and the University of Colorado Medical Center in Denver. Dr. Jackie is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a member of the steering committee for Pediatric Research in Office Settings (PROS). She is a member of the Georgia Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the DeKalb County Medical Society.
Her current faculty appointments are Morehouse School of Medicine, Mercer School of Medicine, Emory University School of Medicine, and Georgia State University School of Nursing.
Dr. Jackie is on the board of directors of the Georgia Health Foundation and currently the vice chair of the board. She serves as medical director for Kids Health First Pediatric Alliance.
