Our Mission

A dedicated, compassionate community of professionals striving to achieve the highest quality of care and education to our patients and their families.

Appointments are an important part of your treatment, as time has been reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.

Cancellations are required by 4:00 PM the DAY BEFORE your scheduled appointment.

Failure to cancel by 4:00 PM the DAY BEFORE your scheduled appointment will result in a "Missed or No-Show" status.

Appointments made on the same day may not be canceled or rescheduled.

Missed or "No-Show" appointments are reported to all Healthcare Plans.

First Missed Appointment:

  • A "Warning Notice" is mailed to the Guarantor of the account.

Second Missed Appointment:

  • A charge of $50.00 per MISSED appointment is billed to the guarantor on file and a "2nd Missed Appointment Notice" is mailed to the Guarantor's address we have on file.

Third Missed Appointment:

  • The patient is reported to the healthcare plan for multiple missed appointments and a request is made for consideration of discharge from Practice.
  • Missed Appointments are documented in the medical record AND we notify the patient's Healthcare Policy of each Missed Appointment.

Families with multiple Missed Appointments during the same calendar year are NOT permitted to schedule sibling appointments (appointments on the same day for more than one patient) for the remainder of that calendar year.

Please Note:

Beginning December 1st 2018

Due to the increased cost of managing and processing overdue accounts, an additional $15 billing fee will be added for each additional 28 days an account is not paid in full. This is explained in the Financial Policy that all parents sign.
